Helen Vaid

Helen Vaid has been a director of A&F Co. since February 2023. She is a member of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee.

Ms. Vaid is a consultant for Mayfair Equity Partners LLP (November 2023 to present). She was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Foundry Brands, a brand platform that grows omni-digital brands (July 2021 to February 2023), and served on Foundry’s board of directors (February 2023 to March 2024). Previously, she was the Global Chief Customer Officer at Pizza Hut, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc. (September 2016 to July 2021). She also held roles at Walmart.com, a division of Walmart Inc., including Vice President of Digital Store Operations (September 2015 to September 2016) and Vice President of Customer Experience (June 2013 to September 2015).

Ms. Vaid also serves on the board of Stewart Information Services Corp., a global title insurance company (July 2023 to present), and formerly served on the board of Groupon, Inc., a global marketplace that connects consumers to merchants (April 2020 to June 2023).
